反滲透水處理設備制純水系統組成

 

     一般包括預處理系統、反滲透裝置、后處理系統、清洗系統和電氣控制系統等。

 

     預處理系統一般包括原水泵、加藥裝置、石英砂過濾器、活性炭過濾器、精密過濾器等。其主要作用是降低原水的污染指數和余氯等其他雜質,達到反滲透的進水要求。預處理系統的設備配置應該根據原水的具體情況而定。

反滲透裝置主要包括多級高壓泵、反滲透膜元件、膜殼(壓力容器)、支架等組成。其主要作用是去除水中的雜質,使出水滿足使用要求。

 

     后處理系統是在反滲透不能滿足出水要求的情況下增加的配置。主要包括陰床、陽床、混床、殺菌、超濾、EDI等其中的一種或者多種設備。后處理系統能把反滲透的出水水質更好的提高,使之滿足使用要求。

清洗系統主要有清洗水箱、清洗水泵、精密過濾器組成。當反滲透系統受到污染出水指標不能滿足要求時,需要對反滲透進行清洗使之恢復功效。

 

     電氣控制系統是用來控制整個反滲透系統正常運行的。包括儀表盤、控制盤、各種電器保護、電氣控制柜等。

 

反滲透水處理設備制純水主要工藝流程說明

 

1.   原水罐 (可選)反滲透水處理設備流程工藝圖

 

儲存原水,用于沉淀水中的大泥沙顆粒及其它可沉淀物質。同時緩沖原水管中水壓不穩定對水處理系統造成的沖擊。(如水壓過低或過高引起的壓力傳感的反應)。

恒定系統供水壓力,穩定供水量。

4. 采用多次過濾層的過濾器,主要目的是去除原水中含有的泥沙、鐵銹、膠體物質、懸浮物等顆粒在20um以上的物質,可選用手動閥門控制或者全自動控制器進行反沖洗、正沖洗等一系列操作。保證設備的產水質量,延長設備的使用壽命。

 

5.   活性炭過濾器   

6. 系統采用果殼活性炭過濾器,活性炭不但可吸附電解質離子,還可進行離子交換吸附。經活性炭吸附還可使高錳酸鉀耗氧量(COD)由15mg/L(O2)降至2~7mg/L(O2),此外,由于吸附作用使表面被吸附復制的濃度增加,因而還起到催化作用、去除水中的色素、異味、大量生化有機物、降低水的余氯值及農藥污染物和除去水中的三鹵化物(THM)以及其它的污染物??蛇x用手動閥門控制或者全自動控制器進行反沖洗、正沖洗等一系列操作。保證設備的產水質量,延長設備的使用壽命。同時,設備具有自我維護系統,運行費用很低。

 

5.   離子軟化系統/加藥系統

采用精密過濾器對進水中殘留的懸浮物、非曲直粒物及膠體等物質去除,使RO系統等后   續設備運行更安全、更可靠。濾芯為5um熔噴濾芯、目的防止上級過濾單元,漏掉的大于5um的雜質除去。防止進入反滲透裝置損壞膜的表面,從而損壞膜的脫鹽性能。

反滲透系統反滲透裝置是用足夠的壓力使溶液中的溶劑(一般是水)通過反滲透膜(或稱半透膜)而分離出來,因為這個過程和自然滲透的方向相反,因此稱為反滲透。反滲透法能適應各類含鹽量的原水,尤其是在高含鹽量的水處理工程中,能獲得很好的技術經濟效益。反滲透法的脫鹽率提高,回收率高,運行穩定,占地面積小,操作簡便,反滲透水處理設備在除鹽的同時,也將大部分細菌、膠體及大分子量的有機物去除。
